Run to.
Run from.
Run into.
Run out of.
Run around.
Run down. Pause....
No shame in that. To run is to move and moving is good. Moving is like magic. You see new things, learn new things, stop bad things, become new things."Transformation In Process" 24/7 , which means every turn is more valuable than the one before!. Well, amen.
To run is to win, even if you are losing. It's True. Don't like what you're seeing, thinking, feeling, doing? Stop. Pause. Ask God / Creator/ Love / Hope / Spirit /Jesus, "What's happening here (inside)? What am I believing about myself? About others? About You, God? Once that gut, uplifting, Love-like, "know that you know" thought comes, get back in the race. Run.
God is always taking your somewhere, showing you something, leaning into your Truest self, until there is no more Run. God never leaves your side. Never lies about what is or isn't. Never cheats you out of what could be, should be, would be. Truth and you are on the run of your life. With no regrets, no guilt, and no shame. Just a butt load of experiences with God that make (and remake) you who you already are....beautiful.... worthy of love....a gift to the world.
Run your course. All the twists and turns in the world can't beat you! And if you fall (and you will), don't stay down too long. There is SO much to see. SO much to love. SO much to be. It's the"best life I ever lived!" (as my Dad would say)
Bless.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2 (ESV)
