VOICES

Messages uttered by sound or sense, ranging from irresistible to irrational. Pause.

The power of voices is underrated. They sneak in, pile up, spew out, with little to no time for process and sort out. Like any love / hate relationship, things can go south very quickly. Strategy is key.

Number one: Be in love with the good. Voices that lift, move you forward, take you higher, past the positive on to a prayer. That place where you allow Heaven to come to earth and write a lyric in your soul that turns bitter to sweet, sadness to Joy, hate to love again.

Number two: Be skeptic with the bad. Voices that leave you hanging, doubting who you are, why you’re here, if there’s a purpose? That place that takes you two steps back, out the door, on the ledge, past the negative on to a prayer. That knowing Touch that turns lies into Truth, loss into gain, cloudy to clear again.

Both voices have the same Plan: To aim at discovery, fire at defeat, and retreat to safety. That Space where you separate what is noise from what is needed. Give Room to regroup the mix of emotions. Receive Time to hear the Voice of reason set your course, blaze your path, and lead you on the road again.
